My Girls...

Home is quite
The beds are made
There is no dirty laundry in the big pink trunk where you once played.
There is plenty of hot water and no one needs a bath.
The towels are neatly folded not laying on the floor.
The cake tin is always full as there is no midnight munching going on.
The fridge is full.
There are fewer dirty dishes that need washing and put away
But...
Mama's fire is still burning
The lamps still give a glow
I am here when you need me and loving you all the while.
Go lightly my lovely girls.
